Letter from CPR/First Aid Instructor Bell & Cloud Nine, This is a follow-up to the CPR/First Aid class that I taught on September 9th. As an instructor I am in many daycares in the Portland area... Cloud Nine is by far the best. Your staff is professional yet warm and caring. They took their training seriously and with eagerness to learn.
