The Fratzke's Story Dear Inquiring Parent, It is with great pleasure that we recommend Cloud Nine day care to you. We have had both of our children enrolled at Cloud Nine for over one and one-half years and we must say that the manner in which they have been treated is of the most paramount of service. When we considered day care providers in the Portland area, we based our investigation on three key elements: Personal attention to our children Educational needs of our children Overall management/level of discipline within the environment with which our children would be interacting. Bell and her team of family members have done a fantastic job meeting each of our needs. They have created an environment where we can feel comfortable knowing that our children are receiving the best care possible.
