August's Story Dear Bell, I wanted to send you a letter to say THANK YOU for all that you and your staff have done for our son August. It feels strange to use the word “staff” as I write this. I feel that you and your providers have become a part of our family. As a first time mother it was very hard to drop August off to be cared for by someone other than me, however Cloud Nine makes this easier. I appreciate your approach to day care allowing us all to be a team in raising August. The time that is taken with me when I pick August up, to discuss his day is invaluable. I am unable to express how important this is to me. I could go on and on about the virtues of Cloud Nine but, would like to point out one last thing. August is happy to be there, he gets excited when we pull up in the morning and almost leaps into your (or one of your staffs) waiting arms. In my mind this is the highest praise that can be given to you. Again let me say thank you. September Harrison
