Kendall's Story Dear Bell, Over the last 14 months, Kendall has received excellent care while attending Cloud Nine. Going back to work was very difficult for me until I met you and Lacey. I felt very confident leaving Kendall in your hands. She has grown so much from 11 weeks old till now at the very capable age of 16 months. The care and nurturing that she has received from the whole staff has helped make her a happy little girl. As you know, I was a very nervous first time mom but I really appreciated your book on policies and procedures. Both Ken and I feel that we placed our daughter in the best environment possible. She has spent this past year with all of the same kids and will really miss some of her play buddies. We very much respect the cleanliness of your home and the discipline with which you take in providing care in a safe and loving home. We highly recommend Cloud Nine as an excellent daycare. Each staff member is wonderful and special in her own way. Kendall has taken turns having a soft spot for each person. Starting with Lacey when she was a baby, then Monet to hold her on those days that she needed some extra attention and of course Lia to make her days bright. Bell you have always been the mainstay at Cloud Nine and have done an excellent job caring for everyone. Please feel free to contact me at any time for a reference.
